Carthage Chief of Police, Billy McMillan has stated that one person was found dead on scene and one person was transported to Baptist Hospital – Leake and later airlifted to another hospital.
The Carthage Police Department is working to identify the shooter(s).
Kicks 96 News has learned of a shooting that occurred on Hillcrest St. in Carthage on Monday, Feb. 26, 2024.
