The State Health Department says five more COVID-19 deaths have been reported in the local area since last Monday. Three of the deaths were in Leake County with one each in Attala and Neshoba counties. The Health Department is no longer providing daily county-level COVID numbers. In a week’s time, there’ve been 12 more cases confirmed in Attala, six in Leake and five in Neshoba.
