Attala County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested four suspects on various charges including trespassing and possession.
According to Sheriff Tim Nail his department was called on Wednesday the 9th by a land owner on Attala Road 5053 also known as Kings Street in Ethel. After arriving on scene Deputy Scott Walters placed four in custody. After a search more charges were added when drugs were found.
Sheriff Nail said that Johnathon Guerrero, 20 year old white male, was charged with trespassing and possession of paraphernalia. Dylan Wiegel, 20 year white male, was charged with trespassing and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). Ashley Reel, 22 year old female, was also charged with trespassing. Also a 20 year old female by the last name of Banks was charged with trespassing.
