A head-on collision at McAdams flats on Hwy 12 in Attala stopped traffic for around an hour Thursday night and sent two people to the hospital.
Attala Central Firefighters, MS HWY Patrol, Attala Deputies, and EMS were all called to the crash just before 7 p.m. The vehicles struck head-on, trapping one person inside. First responders extricated the trapped individual from the vehicle. The drivers of each vehicle were taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
