Leake County Deputies arrested a Durant man for his third DUI.
Anthony Broadnax, 35, of 71 Durant Apt. 66, was booked into the Leake County Correctional Facility for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) third offense.
Broadnax was pulled over by Leake County Deputies on Highway 35 North for swerving back and forth in the road. Officers observed a strong alcohol smell coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle produced six burnt marijuana roaches along with beer and scales.
Broadnax was convicted of DUI 1st offense in Holmes County Justice Court in April of 2016 and DUI 2nd offense in Durant Municipal Count in September of 2016.
