Attala County Firefighters and McCool Volunteers were called to a house fire on Attala Rd. 2140 in the Tall Pines community on Monday, April 15 , 2024 at 6:42 a.m.
Firefighters arrived to find a single story home fully engulfed in flames.
ACFD Chief Tim Cox tells Breezy News that a man inside the home narrowly escaped the burning home through a bedroom window.
The man was evaluated by EMTs at the scene and was found to only have minor injuries. The home was a total loss.
