K9 Deputy Victor from the Attala County Sheriff’s Office made a visit to schools in Attala County Wednesday.
Sheriff Tim Nail and Deputy Scott Walters accompanied Victor to the schools to get him acclimated to the surroundings and procedures.
The group visited Kosciusko, Ethel, and McAdams high schools.
Victor, a two-year-old Belgian Malinois, has been with the department since April.
He is trained in tracking, apprehension and evidence collection.
