Kosciusko City Hall is the best in the state if a recent Facebook contest is to be believed.
The building was voted number one in a fan-voted poll in the Mississippi Hall of Fame Game Facebook group.
The game pitted 32 of the state’s historic city hall buildings against each other in an elimination style bracket and then asked fans to vote on the winner.
In head-to-head match-ups, Kosciusko City Hall went up against city halls from Magnolia (round of 32), West Point (Sweet 16), Columbus (Elite 8), Vicksburg (Final 4), and Oxford (Championship Round).
Kosciusko City Hall was led to the championship by many residents who found the game and began sharing results and inviting friends to participate.
In the match-up against Vicksburg, fans of Kosciusko City Hall set a record for the most votes throughout the entire game.
