A Kosciusko firefighter is hanging up his boots after 20 years of service.
A reception was held yesterday in honor of Captain Cliff Hayes.
Captain Hayes first started with the department as a volunteer and was hired full time in 1996.
The reception was attended by family, friends, and many other city officials.
