Two Kosciusko High School students have created a new way for students to support school athletics.
Student Council President, Parker Jones, came up with the million dollar idea of Student Athletic Passes along with the help of Student Council Treasurer, Lucas Price.
The passes permit any student to get into any home game with for a one-time cost of $50.00 per pass.
Superintendent’s list and Honor Roll students get special discounted prices.
“An advantage of the passes is the academic discounts given on the cost of the pass if a student has all A’s or all A’s and B’s from the previous school year. We hope this will be another incentive for students to work hard in the classroom,” says Athletic Director, Macy Wilbanks.
The passes were established in hopes of bringing more people to all Kosciusko sporting events.
“The athletic passes allow students to save money and support all of our athletic teams during the school year. This will help promote school spirit and participation in our sports and fan base,” quotes Kosciusko High School principal, Cory Blaylock.
These passes give you the ability to go to any home game for any sporting event with the exception of special games or play off games.
The passes are sold now at Kosciusko High School in the main office.
