Local Area Could See Flooding And Severe Storms

SHARE NOW

This part of central Mississippi can expect two to four inches of rain Thursday with the possibility of flash flooding.  And in eastern areas including Neshoba County and southeastern Leake County, there’s a Level-1 “marginal” risk of severe storms– and maybe tornadoes.   Freezing rain with some ice accumulation is forecast for the Delta and could reach as far east as the western edge of Attala County.
