At 9:31 pm Kosciusko Police and City Fire responded to a report of a house trailer on fire at the intersection of Peeler and Goodman Streets.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene and notified responding units that there were flames showing from the exterior of the mobile home.
Kosciusko Water and Light was called to cut power but found there was no electricity at the location.
Firefighters were able to quickly contain the blaze and the fire was knocked out by 9:50 pm.
There has been no official word but bystanders on the scene said the fire appeared to have started in the living room of the structure. Kosciusko City Fire will be in charge of the investigation.
No injuries were reported.
