Hire a crew to keep the trees cut back from the power lines! Next time could be worse! This is neglected on Mississippi Entergy part! We have been noticing this for a long time. We lose power lil bit of wind or storm.

Attala county have dead pines on county roads also that are very dangerous. Beetle infested pines are becoming a hazard along energy lines and public roads.

I would like to thank the ACFD for coming out to extinguish the fire. It is a shame we no longer have a forestry department in our county to a**ist. Those winds were very bad yesterday. Dangerous and scary with a fire close to home.

I personally think the power companies should bury the power lines. No outages that way, or almost none unless substations are involved. No fires. No air pollution. Cooling, heating, and working medical machines, at all times unless transformers blow.
