At 2:58 pm Attala Deputies, MedStat EMS, Emergency Management Director Danny Townsend, The Mississippi Highway Patrol along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a two vehicle MVA rollover. The caller said it was located on 43 south at the highway 14 west intersection.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene to find one car with front end damage and the second vehicle having rolled resting on its top.
MedStat called for a second ambulance to assist at the scene. One patient and one rider was transported to Baptist-Attala for medical treatment.
There has been no word on the cause of the accident.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol will be in charge of the investigation.
