According to the Kosciusko Police Department (KPD), a narcotics search warrant was executed on the morning of Wednesday, March 5, at a residence on Peeler Street.
During the search, officers discovered felony amounts of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and three firearms—one of which was reported stolen from Rankin County.
Authorities arrested Jeremy Kentrell Guyton, who now faces multiple charges, including felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of paraphernalia.
Guyton was transported to the Leake County Correctional Facility and issued a total bond of $42,800.
