Native American Museum construction delayed due to ceiling collapse

A portion of the ceiling has collapsed at the site of the future Native American Museum in downtown Kosciusko.

Mayor Jimmy Cockroft said the collapse happened some time Wednesday night or Thursday morning.

Construction on the project has temporarily been shut down to assess the damage.

The portion of Madison Street near the building will be closed until further notice.
