Kosciusko Whippet running back Zavier “Bobo” Miller and linebacker Devote Ellis have been named this week’s Autumn Ridge Dental Players of the Game.
Both earned the honor for their performances in the Whippets’ 33-14 win over New Hope Friday night.
Miller accounted for 266 yards of offense and three touchdowns. He rushed for 171 yards and caught five passes for 91 yards.
On the defensive side of the ball, Ellis recovered two fumbles, one of which was returned for a touchdown.
Miller and Ellis were both awarded an Autumn Ridge Dental Player of the Game shirts for their performances.
The Whippets will go on the road this week to take on Noxubee County.
