Paranormal team to investigate Attala County Courthouse (audio)

A local paranormal team will investigate the Attala County Courthouse this weekend.

Just in time for Halloween, Southern Paranormal will return to the courthouse Saturday, Oct. 20 to investigate its spooky history. The group previously investigated the courthouse in 2014.

The team investigates houses, old prisons/jails, and historic buildings throughout the southeast, but members of the group claim the Attala County Courthouse to be one of the most haunted locations they’ve visited.

In conjunction with the Kosciusko Attala Partnership, Southern Paranormal will give 12 people (winners announced in audio) the opportunity to tour the courthouse while the team prepares to investigate. Out of those 12, two will be chosen to attend the investigation with the team overnight.
