ServPro representative,Tonya Cooper recently addressed the second-year students from the Kosciusko-Attala Career Tech Center on the significance of soft skills in the workplace.

She showcased effective eye contact and handshakes, while also emphasizing the value of a positive attitude and making strong first impressions.

Additionally, Tonya highlighted the crucial role of attendance and punctuality.

    Yes. Young boys and even young and older men don’t even know how to shake hands. How to open a door for a female.
