The Attala FFA recently competed at the Central Hills Federation Contests hosted by Starkiller Millsaps CTC.
In total, the group placed 1st place in five separate events.
- Antrell Carpenter placed first in Extemporaneous Public Speaking.
- Jaliya Henry placed first Senior Creed Speaking.
- Luis Rodriguez placed first in Spanish Creed.
- Ava Smith placed first in Junior Creed.
- The Junior Tool ID team consisting of Sarah Cessna, Mathew Weaver, Addison Moore, and Kamlynn Cochran came in first.
Additionally, the Senior Tool ID team consisting of Roshune, Webb, Baylee Self, Lilian Culp, and Ryleigh Gove placed second. The Arc Wedding team of David Lambert, Jonathan Talley, and David Harmon ranked third.
These teams will advance to district competition next month.
