Students from Presbyterian Day School recently participated in the MAIS District Reading Fair held in Greenwood at Pillow Academy.
The following students placed:
- 3rd Grade: Journey Cummins, 2nd place Fiction; Anna Leigh Bingham, 2nd place Portrayal of Character; Ann Harper Richardson, 3rd place Portrayal of Character.
- 4th Grade: Emerson Moore, 1st place Nonfiction & 1st place Portrayal of Character; Ella Burden, 3rd place portrayal of Character
- 5th Grade – Rhett Eaton, 1st place Nonfiction; Harper Griffin, 2nd place Portrayal of Character
- 6th Grade – Barbara Withers, 1st place Fiction; Emma Landrum, 2nd place Fiction; Laney Rea, 1st place Nonfiction & 1st Place Portrayal of Character
Journey Cummins, Emerson Moore, Rhett Eaton, Barbara Withers, Emma Landrum & Laney Rea will compete in the State Reading Fair in Pearl, MS on April 1, 2025.
