A head-on collision has been reported on Hwy 12 W near the Kosciusko Country Club.
Both vehicles sustained heavy damage in the crash and both left the roadway.
The driver of a pickup truck that was involved became trapped in their vehicle and had to be extricated. He was transported by EMS with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The condition of the driver of the other vehicle is currently unknown.
The Attala County Fire Department, EMS, Attala County Sheriff’s Office, and MS Hwy Patrol worked the scene and MHP is in charge of investigating the crash.
