One person has been arrested in a Scott County murder that happened Christmas morning.
Sheriff Mike Lee says 57-year-old Wayne Adcocks was shot once in the head at his home on Riverbend Road. The shooting happened just before 7 a.m. Adcocks’ son, 19-year-old Brandon Lewis of Pelahatchie, was arrested in Rankin County.
Lewis is charged with his father’s murder.
