The Attala County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing that occurred late Thursday night in Sallis.
Authorities were dispatched to the scene on Attala Road 4225, just off Highway 429, shortly after 10 p.m. on April 3, 2025.
EMS responded to the call, but it remains unclear whether the victim was transported by ambulance or taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Scanner traffic suggests the latter may have been the case.
Officials have not released details regarding the incident, including the condition of the victim or any potential suspects.
