Tips Lead to Two Arrests in Sallis

Two people are behind bars on a variety charges including exploitation of a vulnerable adult and burglary.
Sheriff Tim Nail tells Breezy News on Thursday at approximately 11:00 am that his Deputies made two arrests after tips from the public lead officers to a residence in Sallis.
Nail said that Christina Marie Cain Harmon, 32 white female, was arrested and charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult. Harmon also had a charge of possession of a controlled substance that the bond had been revoked.
Also arrested was Robert Lee Gray a 48 year old black male from Riply Ms. Gray was under house arrest and cut his ankle bracelet. Gray also failed to register as a sexual offender. A warrant was issued for his arrest by Tippah County. He is now facing more charges in Attala County of burglary, Nail said.  It is believed the two are connected in more burglaries in the area.
Both are being held in the Leake County Correctional Facility. Gray is awaiting extradition to Tippah County on existing charges and then brought back to Attala to face  the burglary charges here.
