The City of Kosciusko has added vaping to its smoking ordinance.
That was made official Tuesday night following a public hearing prior to the scheduled aldermen meeting.
The ordinance prohibits vaping devices anywhere that also prohibits smoking, which would be restaurants and most any other building inside the city.
Types of vaping devices include pens and e-cigarettes.
Like any city ordinance, it will take effect 30 days from when it was passed.
