The Whippets travel to Forrest to break their three lose record with the Bearcats. The first quarter was both teams fighting their hardest to make the quarter scoreless. Forrest took control of the game in the second quarter with a touchdown and two point conversion making the score (0-8). The Bearcats defense kept the Whippets scoreless in the second quarter. The Forrest Bearcats would end the half with a field goal making the score (0-11). The third quarter the whippets breaks the ice with a safety making the score (2-11). The Whippets would then make a 40 yard pass touchdown making the score (8-11). The Whippets took the lead in the third quarter with a 7 yard rush touchdown giving them the first lead of the game (15-11). The Fourth quarter was intense for both teams while they had a chance to take control of the game. The Bearcats would end the game with a touchdown giving them the lead and victory cause the whippets couldn’t come back (15-18). The Whippets are now (0-2) in the season.
