Billy J. “Joey” Halderman
My name is Joey Halderman and I am asking each of you personally to hire me as your next Tax Assessor/Collector. I respectfully ask for your vote on August 8th to help me serve you. I have 28+ years serving the citizens of our state as a state trooper, and as owner of small business in timber and trucking.
I am a lifelong resident of Mississippi and grew up on our family farm in McCool, but currently live in Kosciusko. I graduated from Ethel High School and received a degree from Holmes Community College. I also have an Accounting Degree from Mississippi State University which includes courses in economics and tax and business law.
I took New Testament and studied Bible at Wood Junior College, to support my Christian Faith. I’m a member at Bowie Chapel Methodist Church and I attend Ethel Baptist Church.
It is my goal to maintain a high level of confidence, expertise, and professionalism in the Tax Assessors Office. I will work to find solutions and continue to provide the excellent service each of you deserve with the continued help of our present office staff. For questions or concerns contact me at: 662-582-6464 or [email protected]. Thank you for your support and I sincerely ask for and appreciate your vote.
