Candidate for

Constable Eastern District

I, Scott Walters, am announcing my Candidacy for Attala County Constable (Eastern District). I am asking for your vote and support. If elected, I will be ready to serve the public from day one. I am currently employed with the Attala County Sheriff’s Department. My position is Sgt., K-9 Patrol, handling K-9 Victor, a 3-year-old Belgian Malinois. I have been in law enforcement since 1991. Twenty-six of those years as a K-9 handler. I have over 3500 hours of Certified Law Enforcement Officer Training. Through my career, I have spent numerous hours dealing with our court system. I am planning to serve Attala County as both the Attala County K-9 Deputy and the Attala County Constable-Eastern District.

I am married to Sandra H. Walters, 17 years. We have one son, Scott Walters II, who will be a junior at Ethel High School next year.

The Walters Family attends Ethel Baptist Church, where I actively serve as a Deacon. My hobbies include spending time with family and friends and helping the Ethel High School students and staff with Athletic events. I and my family are asking for your vote.
