The Kosciusko Whippets traveled to Mississippi State University’s Davis Wade Stadium to play the Columbia Wildcats for the MHSAA Region IV-4A football championship.
After much fierce action, the first three quarters were scoreless. Stalemate! With fourteen seconds left on the clock, Columbia gets the game’s only score, a lone touchdown. Final score, 6-0.
As is the tradition, the Seniors were named the Autumn Ridge Players of the Game. Now, that’s something to smile about! Congratulations to all these young men for giving us all such a glorious football season!
