Kosciusko and Ethel football players named to All-State teams

Kosciusko and Ethel football are well-represented on the 2025 Mississippi High School Football Coaches’ All-State Teams.

The Whippets and the Tigers had standout performances throughout the season, earning recognition for their top athletes.

Kosciusko had several players honored on the Class 4A All-State teams, with standout performances on both offense and defense.

  • Jeremiah Wynter, OL – First Team Offense
  • Rokari Covington, LB – First Team Defense
  • Keith Lay, SS – First Team Defense
  • J.T. Herron, FS – First Team Defense
  • Jackson Schuler, FB – Second Team Offense

    OL – Second Team Offense
  • Nick Sudduth, DE – Second Team Defense

Additionally, Ethel’s Jake Newman was named to the Class 1A First Team Offense as a punter, highlighting his significant impact on special teams.
