The Kosciusko Whippets boys’ basketball team hosted the Itawamba Independent High School Indians Saturday afternoon.
Kosciusko led 21-7 after the first quarter. And it was 28-15 at the half. 47-29 after three, and the Whippets clinched the win with a final score of 64-37. The Whippets have punched their ticket to the third round of the playoffs!
Josh Cole was named the Player of the Game.
