The Kosciusko Whippets baseball team hosted the Trojans of New Hope Saturday afternoon.
The Whippets opened the scoring with a two-run homer in the bottom of the first inning. The Trojans added a run in the top of the second inning. The Trojans took off in the top of the third, adding eight runs to make it 9-2. After more scoring on both sides, it was 13-3 going into the bottom of the sixth, making it do-or-die time for the home team. The Whippets scored ten runs in the sixth!
The Trojans held out for the win, 14-10.
Brooks Kuhn was named the Autumn Ridge Dental Player of the Game. Now, that’s something to smile about!
