The Ethel Lady Tigers saw their playoff run come to an end Tuesday night, falling to Stringer 6–5 in Game 3 of their third-round series in the MHSAA 1A Softball Playoffs.
After splitting the first two games, the winner-take-all matchup proved to be a tight contest, with Stringer edging Ethel by a single run to claim the series.
With the loss, the Lady Tigers finish their season with a 23–12 record.
