UPDATE: The United Veterans of Attala County’s “Aisle of Honor” Memorial Day ceremony has been moved from Parkway Cemetery to the Attala County Coliseum due to the threat of inclement weather.
The program will still begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25.
May 13: The United Veterans of Attala County will host the “Aisle of Honor” Memorial Day program Monday, May 25, 2026, at 11:00 at Parkway Cemetery.
The public is invited to attend.
There will be an opportunity for memorial flowers to honor loved ones who have served in the military.
Flowers, furnished by the family, may be placed in the vase before the start of the ceremony.
After the program, the flowers will be taken to the Veterans Home in Kosciusko for residents to enjoy. They will not be returned to the family.

Attendees are asked to bring their own lawn chairs. Seating will be available under tents.
Anyone available to assist with raising and lowering flags is welcome. Flags will be raised at 7:00 a.m. and lowered at 2:30 p.m. at Parkway Cemetery.
