At 10:30 AM, dispatch alerted Attala Deputies to a reckless driver that traveling Hwy 12 in Sallis near Dollar General. The driver was reportedly swerving in the road and almost caused a head-on-collision.
Later around 12:45 PM, an unrelated hit-and-run was reported on Hwy 12. Officers identified the driver of the vehicle that fled the scene and made contact with them. No injuries were reported.
At 2:00 PM, a fender-bender turned hit-and-run was reported in the Sunflower parking lot. No injuries were reported, and there was no description of the vehicle that fled the scene.
