After dropping for 46 days in a row, the average price for gas in Mississippi has risen for the last three days.  It’s the result of oil prices going up after President Trump indicated that a permanent peace deal with Iran may not happen.

AAA says Mississippi’s average price for gas is up three cents since Tuesday.  The auto club says countywide averages range from $3.26 in Leake to $3.46 in Attala, $3.47 in Holmes and Choctaw, $3.48 in Neshoba, $3.52 in Winston, $3.57 in Carroll and $3.69 in Montgomery County.  GasBuddy.com is reporting significantly lower prices at some individual gas stations, including $3.09 in Carthage, $3.32 in Philadelphia and $3.39 in Kosciusko.
