KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–Saturday afternoon someone was burning a brsh pile when that fire got out of control, causing them to call for help.
About 1:45 p.m. Attala County firefighters were dispatched to the fire on Attala Rd. 3013.
When firefighters arrived the reported the fire was moving slowly behind a double wide mobile home. They called the Mississippi Forestry Commission for help in containing the fire.
By 2:30 the fire was reported as contained.
