The Town of Ethel held a special election to fill a vacant Alderman seat that was not filled during the general election in June. Two candidates qualified to run; Kathy Barksdale and Christina Johnson. During the special election Kathy Barksdale received the majority of the votes. The next Town Hall meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 14.
