For the first time since 2020, the city of Lena will be hosting its 4th of July Celebration after receiving an America 250 Grant from the America 250 Mississippi and Mississippi Humanities Council.
This treasured event was a 40-year tradition, so its return is met with much excitement among the residents of Lena.
In order to prepare for the celebration, Lena will be having a workday on April 18th at 9:00 AM the July 4th Pavilions to do some clean-up carpentry.
