UPDATE: Jaliyah Hines has been located safe and is back with her family according to the Carthage Police Department.
The Carthage Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl.
Jaliyah Hines is a 13-year-old black female and was last seen on Friday, July 18, at her home in Carthage. She was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and brown leopard-print shorts. A photo of Jaliyah is not available.
Anyone with information about Jaliyah’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Carthage Police Department at 601-267-8011.
