PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–Just after 1 Thursday afternoon an 18-wheeler trailer that was loaded with corn began to sag in the middle and then broke in half on Cora St.
That meant Philadelphia Police andf first responders had a major traffic issue. Special equipment was brought in to deal with the truck and the mess.
But they also had an investigation to conduct into why it happened and into the conduct of the driver. They were checking into whether that driver had the proper license to be driving that truck.

Legislatures need to change law to make all large tractor trailers have commercial driver’s license, Then, they would have experienced matur drivers for these big trucks. Until then, you’re going to see more accidents, people hurt and killed.
A lot of these drivers are young, immature, and drive the big rigs, like they are race cars.
