Students in the Welding Program at Kosciusko-Attala Career Tech Center (KACTC) are gaining hands-on experience and real-world skills that prepare them for high-demand careers in today’s workforce.
From the moment students step into the welding lab, learning becomes active and immersive. Under the guidance of experienced instructor Trey Culpepper, students spend their days developing technical skills, practicing precision, and learning the importance of teamwork and problem-solving.
The program emphasizes both craftsmanship and critical thinking, helping students build confidence and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Through practical training and industry-recognized certifications, KACTC welding students graduate prepared to enter careers in construction, manufacturing, and other skilled trades.
