The State Health Department says nine new cases of COVID-19 have been reported among Attala County residents. Friday’s report showed 296 new infections statewide– including four in Neshoba County and one in Leake County. The Health Department says there’ve been seven more deaths blamed on the virus, none of those in the local area.
