At 5:15 pm Officers were notified of a BOLO (Be On the Look Out) issued by Carrol County.
The BOLO was for a 2012 Polaris Ranger Razor four seater white and orange in color with new mud grip tires and chrome wheels. It should be on a 14′ black trailer with a drop ramp.
