Boswell Media and communities across Central Mississippi have made history, raising a record-breaking $51,164.96 for Make-A-Wish Mississippi during three Radiothon events held in Carthage, Philadelphia, and Kosciusko.
The fundraising effort kicked off October 2 in Carthage, where $16,894.12 was raised. Philadelphia followed on October 8, bringing in $7,640.84, and Kosciusko wrapped up the Radiothons on October 9 with an impressive $26,630.00.
Each event brought together local businesses, community leaders, and residents who generously donated to help grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses.
The popular Jail & Bail fundraisers were a highlight of the events, with familiar faces from each community getting “locked up” and raising donations to secure their release.

Thanks to the generosity of Central Mississippi, more wishes can come true for children and families facing some of life’s toughest challenges.
