Several bridges in Attala County are icing over.
Attala County Sheriff Tim Nail said the road conditions have caused several wrecks overnight and into this morning.
Nail said the bridges that are icing are mostly on county roads, but some are on state highways.
The sheriff also urged people to stay home if at all possible and to only get on the road if absolutely necessary.
Attala County Board of Supervisors President Tim Pinkard said anyone that does have to be on the road should drive slowly and use extreme caution when traveling over bridges.
