The City of Kosciusko has announced its annual planned clean-up day.
Clean-up day will be Saturday, April 18 from 8:00 am – noon.
All trash can be taken to the Waste Management garbage can that will be onsite at the Attala County Coliseum.
Participants are reminded that certain items require special handling and cannot be placed in the standard dumpsters. These include:
- Appliances
- Batteries
- Chemical products
- Flammables
- Fluorescent bulbs
- Hazardous waste
- Pesticides
- Paint
- Tires
The initiative is a collaborative effort supported by the Mayor’s Youth Council of Kosciusko and Waste Management, aiming to foster community pride and maintain a cleaner, healthier environment for everyone.
