The cab of a dump truck caught fire Thursday afternoon while traveling on Attala Road 5216.
The Attala County Fire Department was dispatched to the area just after 2:30 p.m.
ACFD Chief Tim Cox says when firefighters arrived on scene, the driver was out of the vehicle and the cab was fully engulfed.
The cause of the fire is believed to be an electrical issue, and the vehicle is likely a total loss. No injuries were reported.
