At 5:44 pm McCool Volunteers along with Attala Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a woods fire on Attala Road 2126. The caller said structures were in danger. They also informed Firefighters that the fire had burned a vehicle.
At 5:52 pm Attala Deputies responded to a call of a possible MVA on Attala Road 4995. MedStat was requested to be on stand by. After arriving on scene Deputies notified dispatch that no one was on scene and had been transported by POV (Private Owned Vehicle) to Baptist-Attala.
At 6:15 pm Attala Fire and Sallis Volunteers were called to grass fire highway 12 west near Horne’s Grocery.
